Your information. Your choices.
This Privacy Policy explains how NIEEPA Official Store (also known as NIEEPA Sunglasses Store, “NIEEPA,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit nieepa.com, place an order, use an account or contact our support team.
For privacy questions or requests, email nieepaofficial@gmail.com. For help with an order or product, visit Buyer Support.
Our store is powered by Shopify. In this policy, “personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. This policy applies to our website and related shopping and support services (the “Services”). It governs personal information handling if there is a conflict with our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services. It may include:
- Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, order number, purchase history, delivery details, and return or refund information.
- Payment and transaction information: the payment information needed to process your purchase, payment method, transaction details and payment confirmation. Payment details are processed by the payment providers used at checkout.
- Account information: login credentials, account settings and preferences if you create an account. If you choose a third-party sign-in option, we may receive the profile information you authorize that provider to share.
- Support communications: messages, order references, purchase channel, product details, and photos or attachments you choose to send when requesting after-sales support.
- Device and browsing information: IP address, browser and device details, identifiers, pages and products viewed, referral information, and interactions with the Services, collected through cookies, pixels, logs and similar technologies.
We receive information directly from you, automatically when you use our website, and from Shopify and service providers such as payment, shipping, analytics and advertising providers. Where relevant, we may also receive information from a marketplace, sign-in provider or other partner involved in your interaction with us.
When contacting support, share only the details needed for your request. Please do not email passwords, full payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.
2. How we use information
- Fulfill your purchase: process payments, confirm orders, arrange delivery, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- Provide customer care: identify your order, review product concerns, respond to questions and maintain support records.
- Operate and improve the store: manage accounts, remember preferences, understand how the website is used and improve the shopping experience.
- Communicate and advertise: send order and service messages, provide marketing communications in line with your preferences and applicable law, and measure or personalize advertising.
- Protect the Services: help detect fraud, prevent misuse, secure accounts, resolve disputes and enforce our terms.
- Meet legal obligations: maintain required business records and respond to valid legal requests.
Where UK or European Economic Area data protection law applies, the basis for processing depends on the purpose: performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests such as operating and securing our business, or relying on your consent where required. You can withdraw consent as described below.
3. How information is shared
We share personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including with:
- Shopify and service providers that help host the store, process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide technology services, analyze store use and handle customer communications.
- Analytics and advertising partners, including Google and Meta, to understand website activity, measure marketing performance and provide relevant advertising. Information involved may include device identifiers, browsing activity and transaction or contact information, depending on the service and applicable privacy choices.
- Third parties you choose to interact with, for example through a social-media feature, sign-in integration or a delivery service used for your order.
- Authorities, professional advisers or parties to a business transaction where necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights, resolve claims, or carry out a merger, reorganization or transfer of our business.
Sharing information with advertising partners for advertising across different websites may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out. See Your privacy rights for how to submit a request.
4. Our relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts our store and collects and processes information about your access to and use of the Services to operate and improve them. Information submitted to our store is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may operate in other countries.
We also use Shopify enhanced features, including Shopify Network Intelligence. These features may combine information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to help protect, grow and improve our business, including through personalization and advertising.
For these enhanced features, Shopify is responsible for its processing of your personal information and for responding to requests concerning that processing. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy or visit the Shopify Privacy Portal to learn about Shopify's practices and available choices.
5. Cookies & advertising choices
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand visits and support advertising. Some technologies support essential functions such as the shopping cart, account access and security; others support analytics, personalization or advertising.
- Browser controls: your browser settings let you manage or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect checkout, sign-in and other store functions. Preferences may need to be set separately for each browser or device.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact us to update your preferences. You may still receive messages about an order, your account or a support request.
- Google: review Google's Privacy Policy, manage advertising preferences through My Ad Center, or learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta: review Meta's Privacy Policy and manage your Facebook ad preferences.
Provider controls apply to the services they describe and do not replace a privacy request to NIEEPA. To request an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where that right applies, email nieepaofficial@gmail.com.
Browser privacy signals: where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending it. GPC is different from the older “Do Not Track” setting; the Services do not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Know about or access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information, request deletion or receive a portable copy.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising, as defined by applicable law.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it, including where UK or EEA law applies.
- Appeal a decision on your request or complain to a relevant data protection authority, where these rights apply.
To make a request, email nieepaofficial@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe what you would like us to do and provide the email address associated with your order or account so we can locate the relevant records.
We may need to verify your identity and request additional information necessary to process the request. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may act for you; we may ask for proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
These rights are not absolute. For example, we may need to retain information required for tax, fraud-prevention or legal purposes. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If you wish to raise a concern or appeal our response, contact us using the same email address. You may also contact your local supervisory authority. For the EEA, see the list of data protection authorities. Requests relating to Shopify's own processing can be made through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
7. Security & retention
We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no website, transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and avoid sending sensitive information through email or other unsecured channels.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. The period depends on the type of information, whether an account or support request remains active, and our obligations to keep transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with law. A deletion request may be subject to these obligations.
8. International transfers
Your information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where Shopify or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your country.
Where UK or EEA law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on recognized mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or the applicable standard contractual clauses, unless another lawful transfer basis applies. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.
9. Children's privacy
Our store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the matter and address any deletion request under applicable law.
10. Other websites & marketplaces
Links, social-media features and third-party sign-in services may take you to or interact with services operated by others. Their privacy policies govern their own collection and use of information.
If you purchased NIEEPA products through Amazon or another marketplace or retailer, that platform's privacy policy applies to your use of its services. This policy applies to information we receive and process when you contact NIEEPA directly about that purchase.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal requirements. The latest version will be posted at this address with an updated date. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
12. Contact & privacy requests
NIEEPA Official Store is responsible for the personal information we process as described in this policy and, where applicable, acts as its data controller.
