Shipping and delivery

This policy applies to orders placed on nieepa.com. For an order placed on Amazon or another marketplace, the delivery estimate and shipping terms displayed by that marketplace apply.

Where we ship

We accept orders for the United States and supported international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Brazil. The full list of countries and regions currently available in our checkout appears below. Available services depend on the delivery address and carrier coverage; if checkout offers no shipping service for your address, contact us before placing an order.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated transit time after dispatch

• Non-Amazon fulfillment: 12–35 business days.
• Amazon fulfillment: 3–5 business days when Amazon fulfillment is confirmed for your order.

These are general estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For a carrier-calculated service such as USPS, a more specific transit estimate may be displayed at checkout; that service-specific estimate applies after dispatch and does not include our 1–3 business days of order processing. Destination, carrier availability, customs inspections and holiday demand may affect delivery. Do not assume the Amazon estimate applies to every order; if you need delivery by a particular date, email us before purchasing.

Shipping charges

• United States: available USPS services and charges are calculated at checkout.
• Brazil: the currently configured shipping charge is US$6.00.
• Eligible international destinations: a Free Shipping option is available where shown at checkout. Where applicable, carrier-calculated USPS or DHL Express options may also be offered.

The available services and exact charge for your address and order are displayed before you pay. Free shipping applies only when the checkout shipping charge is shown as free.

Taxes, customs and import duties

Applicable taxes collected with your order are displayed at checkout. Import duties, customs taxes and carrier clearance fees that are not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the carrier or local authority. If a service includes prepaid duties, this will be identified in the shipping option or checkout information. Customs processing may affect delivery timing.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, we send the tracking details with your shipping confirmation. If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but cannot be found, check the carrier update and contact us with your order number and tracking details. Check your shipping address carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
