Returns and exchanges
This policy applies to purchases made on nieepa.com. For purchases made through Amazon or another marketplace, use the return process and terms shown on that marketplace.
Return window and eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after you receive your order. To request a return, email nieepaofficial@gmail.com within that period with your order number and proof of purchase.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with the included accessories. Under our existing policy, regular-priced items are eligible for change-of-mind refunds; sale items and gift cards are not. These restrictions do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to review, and will explain the applicable remedy and return instructions. Do not attempt repairs before contacting us. Any mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

Please do not send your purchase to a manufacturer or a different address. Keep proof of postage and return tracking. For returns worth more than $75, consider tracked shipping or shipping insurance.
Return shipping and charges
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping under our standard return policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If we arrange a return label on your behalf, we will explain its cost before the return; that cost may be deducted from your refund. Return-related customs charges or taxes imposed by a carrier or authority are not covered by our standard return policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund review and processing
After we receive your returned item, we review it and notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within that processing period. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
If your refund has not appeared, check with your payment provider and then email us with your order number. Items returned used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us may be ineligible for a full refund, subject to applicable law.
Gifts
If an order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, an eligible return may be issued as a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser's payment method.
